If you choose to book different flights, please adhere to the following flight parameters in order to participate fully in the tour:

• Arrival into Tel Aviv: March 30 at 4:20 PM or earlier
  

• We will provide a complimentary transfer from the Tel Aviv airport to the hotel at 5:30 PM.
  

• Departure from Amman: April 11 at 10:50 AM or later
  

• We will provide a complimentary transfer from the hotel in Amman to the airport at 6:30 AM.
  

Once you have booked your flights, please send us your complete flight itinerary so we can update your travel information.

If you are securing your own flights, please adhere to the following flight parameters in order to participate fully on the tour:

ALL TOUR PARTICIPANTS: March 30 - Arrive Tel Aviv 4:20PM or earlier

We will provide a complimentary transfer from the airport to the hotel in Tel Aviv at 5:30PM.

Please note, you need to depart the US no later than March 29 in order to arrive Tel Aviv on March 30. Passengers arriving later will need to make their own way to the first hotel in Tel Aviv at their own expense.

TOUR PARTICIPANTS NOT TRAVELING TO JORDAN: April 7 - Depart Tel Aviv any time

The tour concludes with the farewell dinner on April 7. We will provide a complimentary airport transfer at 8:30PM for flight departing at 11:25 PM or latter.

JORDAN EXTENSION PARTICIPANTS: April 11 - Depart Amman, Jordan

All international travelers from  visa-exempt countries, including the United States, need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) prior to traveling to Israel. 

The ETA costs approximately $7 USD. We kindly ask that you complete the online application by two months prior to your departure date, using the following link:

The application process is quick and simple—only taking 5-10 minutes to complete—and requires your passport information. The ETA is valid for two years as long as your passport also has two years of validity left on it.

The initial deposit is nonrefundable regardless of world events. All payments are nonrefundable in the event a tour participant cancels their own participation in the tour except as covered by the optional purchase of travel insurance with a cancellation benefit. Insurance is available as part of the registration process on this site.

In the event that the tour has to be rescheduled due to a Force Majeure occurence such as war or pandemic, the tour will be rescheduled to a later date.  Mayfair Travel will work with all suppliers to negotiate all funds transferred to the new dates.  If this occurs, all options for travel credit and/or refunds will be presented to all travelers based on the policies in effect at the time.

Please note that your group trip cost is being offered at a cash/check discount. Credit card payments will be billed at non-discounted (2.9-3.9% additional) rate. You can pay through this portal with your bank account details (routing and account number) or send checks to the office address. Prices are per person based on double occupancy.
