Join Nena and Gaby for a 5-day Yoga Retreat at Playa Viva in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. This experience is about awakening your higher self and reconnecting to what is elemental—within us and beyond us.

Yoga: Nena and Gaby's energizing vinyasa flows are intentionally curated to give you more time to connect and build strength and spirit.  We will have two daily practices. 

Nourishment: All meals during the retreat will be traditional Mexican cuisine, curated to be gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar free and sourced from local farms.

Community: We believe the most regenerative experience can happen in community. From morning practices to beach bonfires, we’ll journey together.

If you should need to cancel prior to the March 11th, 2022 payment deadline, you will not be responsible for the remainder of your payment. 

COVID PRECAUTIONS 

We understand that this is a sensitive time in the world and we will make an exception to the cancellation policy below for anyone who tests positive for COVID-19. A doctor’s note or proof of a positive test must be provided to receive a full payment refund before the start date of the retreat.

The safety of our retreaters, team, and venue partners is of the utmost importance to us; below are the precautions we are taking: 

Pre-Arrival 

• Because It's a Lifestyle retreat is a communal one that includes indoor activities, we are requiring all participants to show proof of vaccination for COVID-19. Please be ready to provide this at registration.
• We ask that you provide a negative PCR Covid test within 3 days prior of arrival.
• You can review the CDC Guidelines during International Covid 19.

Pre and Post-Departure

• We will have testing provided on site so that you will have the proper documentation ready for your return flight back to the states.
