Full payment is due by September 24, 2019 

• Payment plans are available but you must be paid in full at least 30 days before the trip departure.
• Please note: Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit. Any cancellation received in writing between November 1, 2018 and May 1, 2019 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after May 2, 2019 will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do, your deposit is refunded in full).
