🛂 Passport Requirements

A valid passport is required for this trip.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
For this trip, your passport must not expire before January 21, 2028.

If your passport expires before this date, it must be renewed prior to travel.

💵 Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required to secure your reservation.

Monthly payments are required to keep your booking active.

You may pay the suggested monthly amount, more, or less—but a payment must be made each month to avoid cancellation.

Final payment is due May 1, 2027.

If payment is not received by May 1, 2027, a $50 late fee will be added to your balance.
If payment is not received by May 7, 2027, your reservation will be canceled.

Prices are subject to change until deposits are received and applied.

If you have a roommate, both deposits must be received in order to secure the room.

✈️ Airfare

Airfare is NOT included in this package.

You are responsible for purchasing your own flight and must arrive in Rome (FCO) on or before July 16, 2027.

(Arriving at least one day early is strongly recommended.)

Your return flight should be scheduled from your final destination of Rome.

📧 Payment Reminders

Automatic email reminders will be sent:

• 7 days before your payment due date

• 3 days before the due date

• On the day of the due date

• A “Late Notice” 2 days after the due date

🚫 Refund Policy & Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is NOT included in your package and must be purchased separately.

JB Luxury Travels LLC and its partners do not issue refunds.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event of cancellation, lost luggage, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions, you must file a claim directly with your travel insurance provider.

Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended.

You will have 21 days from the date your deposit is made to purchase “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage. Additional insurance options may be available after that period.

A list of recommended providers will be shared once your booking is secured.

Welcome to Rome! Once known as the “capital of the world,” this richly historic, passionate and elegant city will steal our hearts as soon as we arrive.

We’ll meet and greet our Contiki crew and enjoy an included dinner this evening.

Today we’re headed to another richly historical and cultural city, known for its naturally beautiful sights and excellent cuisine.

In Pompeii, you’ll have the option to take a guided walking tour of the fascinating ancient Roman town that was destroyed by Vesuvius and perfectly preserved in volcanic ash.

Hello Naples! We’ll settle into our hotel just minutes from the historic city centre, with the option to explore the city, its history and its food culture.

Today we swap city vibes for coastal dreams, chasing some of Europe’s most glamorous seascapes along the way.

Capri is up next — known for dramatic cliffs, luxe cafés, and iconic coastal views. You’ll have the option to join a cruise with swim stops in turquoise coves.

We’ll then arrive on the Amalfi Coast after a day of pastel-perfect towns, sun-soaked views, and sparkling seas.

Enjoy a free day on the Amalfi Coast. You’ll also have the option to visit a local lemon farm run by a family whose ancestors introduced the crop to the region.
