Brought to you by: Integrative Wellness Management (IWM) in partnership with The REED Center for Ecological Reintegration and co-sponsored by Silver Wheel Cellars & Apothecary
Saturday August 9th, 2025 and Sunday August 10th, 2025 at The REED Center for Ecological Reintegration (1932b Mountain Church Rd, Middletown, MD 21769)
A 2-day intimate gathering and full moon celebration to (re)connect with the fundamental rhythms of life and honor the elemental forces that sustain us. Rooted in Earth-based wisdom and led by trauma-informed facilitators and earth-rooted guides, this retreat invites you into a space of creativity, movement, ritual, and collective remembering. This is an 18 and older event.
This is more than an retreat—it’s a remembering.
Elemental Forces and their connections that we will be exploring:
Earth — community, grounding, nourishment, belonging
Fire — creation, expression, transformation, sacred action
Water — change, movement, emotional flow, intuition, restoration
Air — clarity, breath, voice, spaciousness
Spirit — connection, presence, purpose, reciprocity
This retreat is designed with flexibility and accessibility in mind:
✨Choose one day or both.
✨Camp with us or return to your own bed.
✨ Sliding scale pricing + scholarship opportunities — because healing and reconnection should belong to everyone.
✨ Bring your own meals or support local vendors.
✨ Choose your own flow with a pick- your-own-adventure approach. We offer a variety of workshops, maker spaces, and nature-based experiences for you to explore.
