Join Paul Massie for an incredible week on the stunning island of Barbados. Crystal clear turquoise waters, white sand beaches, and perfect weather define this small island located in the Southwestern Caribbean.
Each day includes 2 yoga sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Morning sessions will be a 90 minute invigorating and challenging session, while afternoon sessions will be focused on meditation, relaxation and stretching after active days exploring the island. Feel the soft Caribbean breezes, and listen to the waves hitting the shore while you work to open, stretch and strengthen your body.
Each day will be a mix of planned excursions and free time meant to allow you to explore the island on your own or with new friends. Highlights of the trip include snorkeling with sea turtles, stand up paddleboard yoga, and a surf lesson. During free time, relax by the pool or on the beach with a good book, go horseback riding on the beach, play tennis, get a massage, or head to Holetown for the fantastic food and shopping.

We'll meet at the airport and transfer to the villa in the afternoon. After having some time to settle into our rooms, we'll meet for an afternoon yoga session to get the week started, followed by a welcome reception and dinner.
