Calling all Yogis – It’s Jacob Manning and Danni Pomplun here inviting you to join us for a seven-day journey through the chakras in paradise!

Cocoon Portugal will be your home away from home. Cocoon is a 275-acre farm situated above the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal just minutes from the simple fishing village of Zambujiera do Mar. Located in the Alentejo region, the area is known for its long stretches of untouched coastline and charming white-washed villages.

Each day we’ll focus on one chakra in our practice, organically cleanse the body, and dive deeper into experiencing the subtle body. You will have the opportunity to welcome each day with a morning meditation and sadhana practice, while your evenings come full circle with a two-hour vinyasa practice.

The Cocoon experience is deeply woven into the overall respect of the neighboring land. Hop on a bicycle to explore the coastline, or recreate the wonderment of childhood with stargazing maps and moon baths. You can help collect colorful eggs each morning from Cocoon’s crazy chickens, or simply enjoy the locally-sourced meals from neighboring farms. Nourish yourself with water sourced directly from Cocoon’s very own spring heated by solar panels.

At Cocoon, each dinner and sunrise is a celebration of life – along with everything in between. Cocoon is a place of understated beauty and rustic luxury. A place where healthy vegetarian food and delicious feasts aren’t exclusive of one another. A place where people can pursue their highest selves in a casual and comfortable environment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. There is a non-refundable $400 deposit. If we are able to fill your space, we will gladly reimburse you, less any fees we cannot recover. However, if we cannot fill your space, no refunds will be given. We always recommend the purchase of travel insurance just to be safe.
