Arrival & Elks

🕑 2:00 pm – Meetup at Jackson Lake Airport
Upon arrival at Jackson Hole Airport, we'll gather and greet each other.


🛷 3:00 pm – Sleigh Ride at National Elk Refuge (conditions permitting)
Experience the breathtaking beauty of the National Elk Refuge on a scenic sleigh ride! Bundle up and immerse yourself in the stunning winter landscape as we pass through herds of elk and enjoy the natural surroundings. This is a unique opportunity to observe wildlife up close while learning about the area’s history and ecology from local guides.


 🏡 5:00 pm – Arrival at Condo & Ski Equipment Rental
We’ll check in to our cozy condo accommodations, where you can settle in and make yourself at home. For those who need it, this is also a convenient time to rent ski equipment, ensuring you’re prepared for the days ahead on the slopes. 


🍽️ 7:00 pm – Dinner and Introductions
Gather for a warm, welcoming dinner, the perfect chance to get to know your fellow adventurers! We’ll enjoy a delicious meal together, share our excitement, and go over a brief overview of what’s planned for the days ahead.

Day 2 - Friday

Ski and Relax

 

🥐 8:00 am – Breakfast
Start the day with a hearty breakfast to fuel up for our first day on the slopes. Gather with the group, enjoy some warm food, and get ready for an adventure-filled day.

🎿 9:00 am – Let’s Ski!
It’s time to hit the mountain! Choose trails that match your skill level, and we’ll likely split into 2-3 smaller groups based on experience. This way, everyone can enjoy a day of skiing at a comfortable pace.

🥪 12:30 pm – Lunch on the Mountain (exact location TBD)
We’ll meet up for lunch on the mountain—exact location to be confirmed. Lunch is not included, but I can offer a discount with my pass. This is a great chance to relax, warm up, and swap stories with the group before heading back out.

🏡 4:00 pm – Return to Condo
After a full day of skiing, we’ll head back to the condo to rest and unwind. Kick off your boots, relax, and recharge before dinner.

🍽️ 5:30 pm – Dinner
We’ll gather for a cozy dinner together, sharing highlights from the day and looking forward to more adventures ahead.

🛁 7:00 pm – Jacuzzi Time!
Relax and unwind in either the indoor or outdoor jacuzzi. Let the warm water soothe your muscles after a day on the slopes.

🧘 8:00 pm – Optional Restorative Yoga Class
End the evening with an optional restorative yoga class to stretch and rejuvenate, preparing your body and mind for another exciting day.

Day 3 - Saturday

Skiing and Exploring Jackson Hole

🥐 8:00 am – Breakfast
Start the day with a nourishing breakfast to fuel up for skiing and exploring.

🎿 9:00 am – Hit the Slopes!
Let’s get out on the mountain! We’ll likely split into 2-3 smaller groups based on experience, so everyone can enjoy the day at their own pace.

🥪 12:30 pm – Lunch on the Mountain (exact location TBD)
We’ll meet up for lunch at a spot on the mountain to recharge and share stories from the morning.

🏡 4:00 pm – Meet Back at the Condo
After a full day on the slopes, we’ll regroup at the condo to relax and prepare for the evening.

🍽️ 5:30 pm – Dinner
Gather for a warm, hearty dinner as we unwind from the day and connect with the group.

🌆 7:00 pm – Tour the Town of Jackson Hole
Explore the charm of Jackson Hole! Stroll through town, browse local shops, and take in the sights of this unique mountain town.

🧘 8:00 pm – Optional Stretching Class
Cap off the evening with a gentle stretching session to relax and ease any tension, preparing for another adventurous day.

Day 3 - Sunday

Skiing, Celebration, and Farewell Prep

🥐 8:00 am – Breakfast
Fuel up for another day on the slopes with a delicious breakfast.

🎿 9:00 am – Hit the Slopes!
We’ll split into 2-3 groups based on skill level so everyone can enjoy a fun, relaxed day of skiing.

🥪 12:30 pm – Lunch on the Mountain
We’ll meet for lunch on the mountain to recharge before finishing up our last runs.

🏔️ 4:00 pm – Meet at the condo
Meet at the condo sharing the day’s highlights as we wind down.

🍽️ 5:30 pm – Dinner
Enjoy a cozy group dinner, celebrating our time on the mountain and the memories made.

🎉 7:00 pm – Party Time!
Let’s celebrate our adventure with a little party! It’s a chance to relax, laugh, and make lasting memories with new friends.

🧘 8:00 pm – Optional Restorative Yoga
Unwind with a gentle, restorative yoga session to stretch and soothe tired muscles, helping your body relax for the journey home.

Farewell and Departure

Enjoy a final breakfast together as we get ready to wrap up our adventure.

Join us for a farewell circle to share reflections, favorite moments, and say our goodbyes.

🚪 10:00 am – Checkout
We’ll check out of the condo and load up for the journey home.

✈️ 11:00 am – Arrival at Jackson Hole Airport
We’ll arrive at the airport for departures and final goodbyes.
