INITIAL DEPOSIT: A $150.00 per person deposit will be required to reserve your slot.
IMPORTANT! When booking double or triple occupancy, all parties must provide their initial deposit at the same time.
PAYMENT PLAN: You will be put on a payment plan. If you don't want to be put on a payment plan you will have to pay in full at the time of booking.
FINAL PAYMENT: Due Monday, June 6, 2022. No exceptions will be allowed.
Once you have purchased your flights, please ensure you have forwarded a copy of the itinerary to Open Road Travel 30 days before departure. When purchasing flights, you should plan to arrive in Kingston, Jamaica (airport code: KIN) on July 7, 2022. Your departure flight should be scheduled for the morning of July 11 or 12, 2022.
Cancellation & Refund
All payments to Open Road Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 7 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. COVID-19 just shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected.

Please read your package details carefully
1. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!
2. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments).
3. Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
4. You can log onto Wetravel 24 hours to review your account. Name corrections after final payment will incur a $50 change fee.
5. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
Passport Rules
A valid Passport will be required to travel to/from Jamaica. As a rule, Passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.
