Once you have purchased your flights, please ensure you have forwarded a copy of the itinerary to Open Road Travel 30 days before departure. When purchasing flights, you should plan to arrive in Montego Bay, Jamaica (airport code: MBJ).

All payments to Open Road Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 5 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. COVID-19 just shut the entire world down. Please read your package details carefully

1.  Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!  

2. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments). 

3. Choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  

4. You can log onto Wetravel 24 hours to review your account. Name corrections after final payment will incur a $50 change fee.

5. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

We do recommend everyone gets travel insurance to protect their travel plans. Please see the options below.

Option 1: Vacation Protection Plan [VPP]

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking when paying the deposit or no later than 5 days after paying your deposit. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates.

Option 2: Vacation Protection Plan Plus [VPP+]

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking when paying the deposit or 5 days after paying your deposit. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates or air only. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.

A valid Passport will be required to travel to/from Jamaica. As a rule, Passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel.
