This resort requires a 5‑night minimum stay, so all package bookings will reflect May 21–26.

If you need to depart on May 25th, please book a HOTEL‑ONLY package and purchase your flight separately. This allows you to choose a return flight on the 25th.

Guests who choose to include airfare in their package will depart Montego Bay (MBJ) on May 26th. The air portion cannot be modified to return earlier.

Air‑inclusive pricing is based on Delta Vacations direct flights and is subject to change depending on the date of booking and airline availability.

• $300pp nonrefundable deposit --Because travel pricing fluctuates, all rates are subject to change until a confirmed deposit is made.

• Payment plan provided at the time of booking (Due each month on the 1st).   Participants can pay using their bank account, however if you choose to pay by card, a card fee will be added at checkout. 

• Your trip payments may be made bi‑weekly, monthly, or in full at the time of booking — whichever works best for you. It’s important to stay current with your payment plan, as each installment allows us to secure your hotels, activities, and other curated experiences on your behalf. Final payments are due July 1st. You can adjust your payment amount each month, as long as it's paid in full by the deadline due to arrangements we have to make with each supplier. Bank cards do not incur a fee; credit cards will. 

• Late Payments: If you anticipate a delay with any upcoming payment, please let us know before the deadline so we can plan accordingly.

• Occupancy Levels:  Rates are based on double occupancy. The rates listed are per person, based on if you are sharing a room (so that roommates have the ability to pay for their portion separately).  Single occupancy rates are slightly higher due to the fact rooms are always based on 2 persons. Single occupants typically pay a single supplement fee. 

• Name Changes on reservations are $100 Fee after a name has been added to your reservation. Name changes are subject to the approval of the hotel and cannot be done on single occupancy rooms.

• Dinner Selections/Food Allergies-- Please let us know if you have any food restrictions, we need to be aware of

 Payments are divided equally by the number of months remaining.  Payments are due monthly (at a minimum) but can be adjusted if you wish to make payments more frequently to lower the amount due at once (i.e., weekly, bi-weekly). Once you have made your initial deposit, please contact your trip organizer to assist with modifying the payment dates.  NOTE:  Payment due dates may depend on how many days remain before departure. 

We understand that sometimes your payment may be submitted late for various reasons.  Late payment reminders will be sent to you automatically.   If you are aware that your payment will be late, please let your organizer know prior to the due date.  Late payment fees are at the discretion of the organizer.  However, any payments that are more than 60 days old will be canceled, and a reinstatement fee will be needed to re-activate your booking. 

It is all of the roommates’ responsibility to ensure that your companions are making their monthly payments on time, to avoid the adjustment of the reservation occupancy rate to match the number of travelers occupying the room.  In this case, the remaining roommate will be responsible for paying the difference for the new single occupancy adjusted rate.

Payments made within 45 days of departure will not have monthly payment options and will be due in full.  Prices are subject to change without a deposit to lock in your rate.

🛂 Passport Validity

Your U.S. passport must be valid for the duration of your stay. For the smoothest travel experience, we strongly recommend that your passport be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.

A passport is not required at the time of booking, but it will be required prior to departure. Please ensure that the name on your passport matches your reservation exactly.

We highly recommend providing your agent with a copy of your passport so we can verify accuracy on your behalf. If a passport copy is not provided (or not already on file), it becomes the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all details are entered correctly.

Any errors resulting in the traveler's oversight will result in change fees imposed by the hotel and/or the airlines. 

A visa is not required to enter Jamaica.

Missing a vacation is disappointing — but losing the money you’ve invested in it is even worse. For your peace of mind, travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip from unexpected cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other disruptions.

 Optional Excursion to Nine Mile.   Explore the birthplace and final resting place of reggae legend Bob Marley. On this small group tour, you’ll travel to Nine Mile, where Marley was born and returned throughout his life for inspiration and to meditate. See his childhood residence, a small museum, and the Marley family mausoleum. If you like to "partake", this is the tour for you.  

Later this evening, if you're feeling froggy....we can head to Rick's Cafe to enjoy the best sunset and ice-cold red stripe on the most beautiful cliff side bar in Jamaica. Transportation not included. 

We're in Jamaica Mon! Everything is Irie. Let's enjoy a day at leisure at the pool in our theme colors of Black, Green and Yellow.

Tonight at dinner, continue the theme in your Black, Yellow and/or Green Fit! Represent for Jamaica.
