Robin’s Bay is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, lush, and full of natural charm. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was truly amazing—fresh, nourishing, and full of flavor. I left feeling rested and grateful. Highly recommend!

This experience was truly unforgettable! From the moment I landed in Jamaica, everything was seamless. I was warmly greeted at the airport by our driver, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome—even treating us to fresh coconuts on the way to the resort. The resort itself is breathtaking, and the staff radiated kindness and hospitality from the moment we arrived. Every detail felt intentional and heart-centered. Our host, Lloyd Rose, was gracious and attentive, blessing us each day with incredible, all plant-based meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each evening ended with a beautiful four-course meal that somehow got better day after day. As if that wasn’t enough, the excursions were unforgettable—jumping into fresh waterfalls, floating in the warm Caribbean waters, exploring local markets, and ending our journey on a lush farm filled with fruit trees where the staff prepared the freshest meal I’ve ever had, served on banana leaves straight from the land. The owners, Mike and Shaniqua, were not only deeply knowledgeable about the fruits, herbs, and plants we enjoyed daily, but they even helped heal my swollen travel feet with herbs from their land. This was a 10/10 experience—filled with wonderful people, nourishing food, and beautiful accommodations. My only regret? That I couldn’t stay longer! One of the best experiences of my life, and I’m forever grateful.

This retreat in Jamaica was a heartwarming and memorable experience. Lloyd truly shines in the kitchen. After long days of excursions, he would go straight to preparing the most delicious meals, each crafted with integrity, love, and deep intention to nourish our bodies. As a raw vegan (and a newbie at that), I stepped outside my usual routine and am so glad I did; every dish felt like a gift. The hospitality team at Vital Frequency Retreat made the experience even more special. From Shaneequewa leading a beautiful yoga session and the unforgettable bonfire, to Lloyd's cousin, Prince, sharing his knowledge of herbs and tea, and Mike guiding us on an insightful farm tour, every detail felt intentional and infused with care. The rooms were comfortable, the team was attentive and kind, and the entire atmosphere was warm and welcoming. This is not a retreat where you'll rest, have spa days, or lounge in the sun. It's an active experience, focused on nourishing your body with incredible meals, moving it on excursions, and connecting deeply with the local land and culture. I especially appreciated staying off the beaten path in Jamaica, which provided a unique, authentic experience while still hitting some of the main attractions. If you're considering a retreat with Lloyd, go for the food, the heart, and the genuine connections you may find along the way.

I had an amazing time. Lloyd is kind and so patient, attentive to your questions and needs. The well crafted meals, were SOOO DELICIOUS. The staff showed us incredible hospitality I felt at home and cared for. I left only wanting to DO IT AGAIN.
