With only one full day left in Tokyo, we are in for an early start to try to maximize it as much as possible. We have a hearty breakfast at our hotel before proceeding on our adventures. Our first stop is the Shibuya crossing as that's only a five minutes walk away from our hotel. We also make stops at Sensoji temple, a digital art museum, and have lunch overlooking the tokyo tower. At night, we watch a live sumo wrestling - Japanese style.

Today we are off to the cultural city of Kyoto via bullet train. This is not your regular mode of transportation so there's an experience in itself. Take in the technology prowess of Japan - you'd be impressed! Upon our arrival at Kyoto, we check in to our comfortable hotel and rest up for the day - it's bound to be an eventful couple of days in Kyoto.

Our Kyoto adventures begin! We make a quick stop at a kimono rental shop and have an outfit change (looking good! ) and we are off to Fushimi Inari and some Japanese tea gardens. We wander around the gion district with hopes of spotting some geishas. Let's not forget - a matcha ice cream!

We can't get enough of Kyoto, can we? There's so much to see and do. Today we see more sites - including the Kinkaku-ji - a temple made out of real gold. Whew. We also have a cheeky twist afterwards, with a private Japanese tea ceremony - nothing like you have ever experienced before.

Our trip is slowly winding down. We catch the bullet train back to Tokyo as we prepare for our last dinner in Japan. There's a fun little surprise at dinner - wait and see!

Our trip is over! We've had the most amazing time exploring the beautiful cities of Tokyo and Kyoto. We leave with our hearts full and memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for the awesome time, Japan. Arigato!
