Meeting Point and Arrival Instructions

Once you clear customs and collect your luggage, exit into the Arrival Lobby. Our bilingual greeting team will be stationed near the exit holding a highly visible 'Yumetabi Japan' placard and your name(s) to welcome you. Should your flight experience delays or rerouting, please immediately contact your host, or send a message to our group chat. We will monitor your status and coordinate alternate check-in logistics for you.
