We have been taking advantage of this trip for years now, and it is always a highlight of the winter. However, the last couple of years the rooms/condos have been available later and later in the evenings. This past year (we had two Timberline condos), one was available at 5 and the other closer to 8pm. I understand that this is a big party, and the staff are doing their best to accommodate all parties, but for people that riding Friday, housing should be available by 4 (even 3 since most people are done riding by then). Outside of that, this is a great trip and we will be back next year and the following year as well.

Hey Tyler, thanks for the feedback. It really means a lot to us. We're gathering all the positive and negative feedback and each year we do a review with Jay Peak to work on improvements. And we really do appreciate you and the crew coming back year in and year out. Long time trip veterans like you all are the heart and soul of the trip. We'll make sure to review the check in and housekeeping issue with Jay Peak, and we will definitely be suggesting your idea to prioritize Friday skier condos and rooms for housekeeping, since you're on the mountain all day. It's a solid idea and something I think Jay Peak can actually work with between the lodging and housekeeping departments.
Stay stoked for the rest of the season and we'll do our best to make some improvements for you for next year.

Best snow in the northeast, Jay never fails to impress. Ski in/ski out location was incredible and I can't wait for next year
