Water Park Party CANCELED PENDING UPDATE
Sorry to say, with COVID restrictions to indoor capacity, we are currently only offering the Saturday night private Water Park Party as a possible addition to the trip. As of right now, it is NOT AVAILABLE. If it becomes available, we will include it in the trip, of course.
We have two options to use the water park outside of the standard Saturday night party.
We are allowed to pre-sell one day passes, so get in touch if you have interest in this.
We can also pre-sell full-weekend passes, where you can go to the water park at any time they're open throughout the entire weekend. In order to purchase, it is required for every member of your condo to buy this, however.
COVID-19: Jay Peak and Vermont Policies
If Jay Peak is forced to shut down due to COVID you will be 100% refunded!
Please review Jay Peak's policies related to operational changes with COVID-19 here. In order to check into your hotel/condos at Jay Peak, you must follow the ACCD guidelines, and sign a form indicating you have followed the guidelines. Please read further, and continue to check the VT ACCD website for updates on travel.
The ACCD website is the best reference for out of State travel into VT. The certificate of compliance form is something that all lodging properties in Vermont need to collect at time of check in. Jay Peak is not permitted to issue unit keys unless all occupants in the unit have completed the form. One person from each unit would be responsible for providing these for all guests staying in the unit. This person would also be responsible for leaving a credit card # on file for incidentals (damage deposit - we don't recommend debit cards).

Cancellation Policy and Deposit Schedule
So that you can plan in advance, here's what you need to know.
Deposits are refundable up December 1st. After that, your deposit is non-refundable.
From December 2nd to January 15th, if you cancel your trip, your trip will be refunded less your deposit, and less a 10% service fee (10% of the total value of your initial trip purchase, not just what you had paid to that point).
From January 15th to February 3rd, if you cancel your trip, your trip will be 50% refunded, less your deposit (50% of the total value of your initial trip purchase, not just what you had paid to that point).
From February 3rd to March 5th, if you cancel your trip, you will not be refunded.
Extenuating circumstances will allow us to revisit this policy. This includes such scenarios as State travel limitations and positive COVID-19 test results and symptoms among your group. Jay Peak has expressed that this will be something they are open to reviewing and may be subject to change as time goes on.
If Jay Peak shuts down due to COVID, you will be 100% refunded!
