Travel Insurance
Cancellations from initial deposit - June 24, 2023 will incur a 10% cancellation fee per person. Cancellations from June 25, 2023 – August 24, 2023 will incur a 25% cancellation fee per person. Cancellations from August 25, 2023 – October 24, 2023 will incur a 50% cancellation fee per person. No refund will be given for cancellations after October 24, 2023.
Travel Insurance - Grueninger Music Tours strongly recommends that travelers purchase a travel protection plan. Travel protection safeguards your travel investment, your belongings and most importantly, you. Your travel protection plan should cover, at a minimum, cancellation, curtailment, medical, emergency travel and personal accidents, and damage or loss to personal belongings. Travel protection with Cancel for Any Reason coverage is available as well. The cost of the travel protection plan depends on the cost of the tour package purchased.

In order to avoid penalties, we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance (offered through Travel Insured Insurance Services) to cover the non-refundable amount of your tour. This will cover you in the event of an approved accident or illness. Cost of the travel protection plan depends on the cost of the tour purchased. This package is only available if sharing with 2 adults. To add a child package to your booking, please purchase the adult package first and then check-out a second time to add this package to your booking (due to limitations in the system you can only purchase one package per transaction). Make sure to use the same buyer email when doing so and thereafter everything will be booked under one account and future payments can be made for all packages together.
