Itinerary
Please note, this trip does involve physical activity that may require participants to crawl, duck, and maneuver through tight spaces. Please feel sure you are physically capable of participating.
The itinerary will include, the Bent Pyramid and Red Pyramid at Dahshur, Elephantine Island, Philae temple, Kom-Ombo temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's temple, Ramesseum temple, Abydos temple, Osirion temple, Karnak temple, Mut temple, Luxor temple, Esna temple, the catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, Pompeys Pillar, the Cairo Museum, and more.

- Travel RequirementsEntry visa to Egypt. These can be obtained from the Cairo airport for $25 in cash.
- Travel RequirementsWe do not cover any Covid testing (PCR Tests) or travel requirements from your country of origin or destination country
- Trip ExtensionAdditional nights at resort, early hotel check-in, late hotel check-out, or ground transportation on dates outside of event date are not included.
- Additional ChargesHotel incidentals, additional hotel charges, additional transportation charges, etc..
- Travel InsuranceThis is the guests responsibility. Highly recommended!

Available Packages
Shared room in hotels and on the cruise. Two occupants per room.
When booking, you will have an opportunity to indicate your roommate, if booking with another person. Each shared room on the cruise has two twin beds, which can be combined into one large bed.
*June 20th EDIT: To those who prefer a single room - We realize these have sold out. Please look at this as an opportunity to form a deeper connection with a fellow traveler! These adventures are also about forming new networks and communities... perhaps you and your assigned roommate are meant to connect!
If paying a deposit, the remainder will be due in two installments: Aug 8 and Sep 7.
Deposit is non-refundable. Partial refund of up to 35% of total ticket price before September 6, 2022. No refunds (0%) after September 7, 2022.
Pandemic Cancelations: In case of unforeseen events that cause the trip to be postponed, current payments minus hard costs will be applied to the rescheduled event.
When booking, use your legal name as shown on your ID. These names will be used to book inter-country flights.

An extra night at Marriott Mena House Hotel is $525. This is where we will be staying, so if you book here, you won’t have to change rooms. For something less expensive, you can book the Hyatt. And extra night at Hyatt Regency Cairo West Hotel is $240. Both hotels include breakfast.

This package is for TWO guests (the other packages are per person). Includes one of two suite rooms on the 7-night cruise. The suite is 31m2 vs 21m2 for the standard rooms. Once booked, we will contact you to provide a registration code for the second guest.
