We start the day with our usual yoga, pranayama and meditation practices. We have our delicious breakfast to recharge before our surf lesson (all levels welcome -beginners, intermediate, advance-). We continue with our organic and plant-based lunch and some time to rest and recharge. We continue with a journaling circle before a nurturing Ayurveda workshop to learn from nature and its healing power. We close the day as usual with soft yoga and our delicious dinner all together.
