Journey into Bliss is a retreat for you to reconnect with yourself and redefine your truth through Yoga, meditation, exploration, and restoration. Take a step away from your day to day and realign with your innermost peace and bliss through travel, nature, community and Pura Vida vibes!
Join Briana, owner of High Country Yoga, in this 5 night retreat during the best time of year to visit Costa Rica! Make new friends, learn more about Yoga and meditation, and give yourself the time away that you deserve.
All levels of practitioners are welcome on this retreat. There will be something for everybody. It is all about coming together and supporting each other in a loving and accepting community.
In the event that this retreat must be canceled due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.
What's included
5 Night Stay at Danyasa
Danyasa Eco Retreat in Dominical, Costa Rica offers shared and private air-conditioned rooms, a swimming pool, and a short walk to the beach
Airport Shuttle
Group Roundtrip Airport Shuttle (SJO) to/from Danyasa Eco Retreat
3 Meals a Day
Healthy vegetarian meals made fresh by the chefs at Edible Alchemy, typically buffet-style. Receive dinner on the first day, breakfast and to-go lunch on the last day
2 Yoga Classes a Day
Typically, a morning meditation and flow class and an evening stretch class or activity
Waterfall Day Hike
Spend the day hiking to and hanging out/swimming/picnicing at Nauyaca Waterfalls. Includes group roundtrip transportation, admission into park and a packaged lunch
Wildlife Sanctuary Tour
Learn about and meet the native animals of Costa Rica including monkeys, sloths, toucans and more! Includes group roundtrip transportation and guided tour through Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary
Leisure Time
Explore the town of Dominical (shops, outdoor market, brewery, restaurants), hang by the pool, walk to the beach, add on an excursion or massage, or simply relax
