This first week of the program will examine yoga philosophy and meditation from ancient texts, uncovering its history, philosophy, and practices. 

Furthermore,  you will become acquainted with various meditation techniques and how they can be integrated into your everyday routine.

You will gain an understanding of basic anatomy and physiology and their connection to yoga practice.

This week you'll focus on teaching methodology and the practice of teaching. You'll be taught how to plan the course structure effectively, send out clear signals, and create a safe, welcoming atmosphere for your students. Furthermore, there will be numerous chances to practice your newfound teaching abilities with feedback from fellow students as well as our highly experienced instructors.

In the final week of your program, you'll gain insight into yoga's business side and how to build a successful profession as an instructor. Plus, take some time out of reflection on this journey before graduation on May 29th when you will receive your certificate and join classmates in celebrating!
