My trip was magnificent!!! Kate, Dimitri, and Jay Lakshmi provided 8 days of complete bliss!!! The accommodations was simply outstanding. Starting with daily morning yoga overlooking the majestic ocean, and then we were ushered to a multiple of spectacular sites full of wonderment. We were taken to different local Taverns for most gastronomically delightful meals. Kate and Dimitri were the most outstanding host and hostesses. I have attended many yoga retreats but this one shines like a diamond in the sky. I am beyond delighted and full of gratitude.

I recently returned from Journey to Ikaria. It was nothing short of magical—a deeply nourishing and healing experience that touched every layer of my being. Set amidst nature’s embrace, this retreat was a harmonious blend of wellness, yoga, mythology, plant wisdom, organic nourishment, cultural immersion, and ancient exploration. Each day began with grounding yoga sessions that awakened my body and spirit. We had a workshop that wove in the rich tapestry of earth-based mythology and plant medicine. We learned not just about poses and breath, but about the stories that connect us to the land and to ourselves. The teachings felt ancient and sacred, yet deeply relevant to modern life. The food was a revelation—organic, vibrant, and lovingly prepared, each meal felt like a ritual of healing. Dancing under the stars, sharing stories, and connecting with fellow seekers created a sense of community that was both joyful and profound. Thank you Kate, Dimitri, and Lakshmi for hosting this beautiful experience 💕

This trip to the Greek island of Ikaria was extraordinary! Kate and Dimitris put so much of their love and passion for Ikaria into their careful planning, presentations, and educational outings and activities. The lovely hotel accommodations, the beautiful beach of Nas where we stayed, the daily excursions, and the delicious meals exceeded our expectations. Everytime we thought our experience couldn't get any better, Kate pulled more magic out of her hat with another new and amazing adventure. And during these outings, Dimitris made sure that we were well cared for. The daily morning Yoga and meditation practices, led by Kate and Jaya Lakshmi, were nourishing gifts to my Body and Soul. My husband and I returned home to the States relaxed and happy, with full hearts and beautiful memories we will cherish forever. We are grateful for this experience. Highly recommend, 5 Stars! 💖🙏💖

Words will never capture how amazing this trip was! Ikaria was lovely--the people, the food, the ocean sunsets, the local festivals. I learned a lot from this amazing culture. But the real highlight was the people on the trip, and our leaders--Lakshmi, Kate, and Dimitris. They created the perfect group atmosphere--lots of connection, warmth, yet also the freedom for each of us to do our own thing, at times. My 4th retreat with Lakshmi, and it won't be my last! I can't say enough about what a great experience this trip was, and what a great job they did to make that happen. Much love and gratitude.

From the beginning to the end, everything was incredible. Kate, Dimitris and Lakshmi were so kind, tons of fun, and very helpful and knowledgeable. We had music, dancing, dance lessons, singing, yoga, meditating, EATING, excursioning, hiking, beach time, sight seeing, cooking lessons, learned a lot about the history of Ikaria and what makes it such a special place, and met many locals! We also had a perfect amount of down time. All of us retreat participants and leaders got along really well and became great friends. I had such a magical time and I hope to come back again for a part 2! Σας ευχαριστώ Kate, Dimitri’s and Lakshmi!
