  • Cancellations Made More Than 90 Days Before Departure If you cancel more than 90 days before the trip:

    • Your deposit will be retained as credit toward a future TNWanderer & Co.  experience.

    • All other payments will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations Within 90 Days of Departure If you cancel within 90 days of the trip start date:

    • No refunds will be issued for any payments, including the deposit as all local payments have been made.

Arrival to Amman

Upon arrival at Queen Alia International airport, you’ll be greeted with the warm hospitality Jordan is famous for. After checking into your hotel, take some time to unwind from your journey before meeting your fellow travelers — the companions who will share this incredible adventure with you. As evening falls, gather for a welcome dinner featuring traditional Jordanian cuisine, where the aromas of freshly baked bread, spiced meats, and mezze fill the air. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect, share excitement for the days ahead, and get your first taste of the rich culture that makes Jordan so special.

Jerash & Ajloun Forest

Today we will travel north to Jerash, one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman cities in the world. Discover its iconic Oval Plaza, Cardo Maximus, Nymphaeum, and the Temples of Zeus and Artemis, which showcase the architectural brilliance of the ancient Romans.

Ajloun Houses Trail – Ajloun Forest Reserve

Continue to the Ajloun Forest Reserve and explore the charming Houses Trail. Begin at Eagle’s View Point, descending towards the House of Calligraphy to try your hand at Arabic calligraphy. Visit the Soap House and Biscuit Housein Orjan village to observe the traditional production of local handicrafts and sweets.

Exploring Madaba

Known for its ancient churches and remarkable mosaics Madaba is definitely worth the visit.. The highlight is the 6th-century Madaba Map, a mosaic depicting Jerusalem and the Holy Land, housed in St. George’s Church.

Ascend to Mount Nebo, where according to biblical tradition, Moses viewed the Promised Land before his death. Enjoy panoramic views over the Jordan Valley and explore stunning Byzantine-era mosaics. This evening we make our way to the Dead Sea.

Bethany Beyond the Jordan

Explore the Baptism Site of Jesus Christ at Bethany Beyond the Jordan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through the ruins of ancient churches and baptismal pools that highlight the area's profound religious significance.

Aqaba – Jordan’s Coastal Gem

Travel south to Aqaba, Jordan’s vibrant Red Sea city. Take the rest of the day to relax on the beach or explore the city’s rich marine life. Optional activities include snorkeling, diving, and water sports.

Wadi Rum

Journey to the surreal desert landscapes of Wadi Rum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover ancient petroglyphs, dramatic rock formations, and historical sites linked to T.E. Lawrence. We will experiences a jeep tour and guided hikes through hidden canyons and sandstone valleys.

Arrival to Petra

Travel to the world-famous archaeological site of Petra, carved into rose-colored cliffs by the Nabataeans over 2,000 years ago. Walk through the narrow Siq to the awe-inspiring Treasury (Al-Khazneh), and continue exploring the Street of Facades, Royal Tombs, and other monumental structures.

Little Petra & Hiking Adventure

Begin the day with a visit to Little Petra, a Nabataean suburb with unique rock-cut architecture and frescoes. Hike to the Monastery and uphill trek leading to one of Petra's most impressive and remote monuments. Climb the High Place of Sacrifice while enjoying the panoramic views and explore ancient sacrificial altars. A quieter alternative Siq al-Barid offers a more tranquil and scenic experience.

Exploring Amman

Today we return to Amman for a guided tour around the capital. Visiting the ancient Citadel, featuring ruins from Roman, Byzantine, & Umayyad periods, as well as Temple of Hercules and Archaeological Museum. Continue to the Roman theater and explore the contrast between old downtown Amman and the modern district of Abdoun. This evening we will participate in a traditional Jordanian cooking class.

Farewell Jordan

After breakfast, you will be transferred from hotel to Queen Alia International Airport where we depart with wonderful memories and a deeper appreciation for Jordan's history, culture, & natural beauty. Safe travels back home.
