About this trip

You are about to embark on a 5-day 4-night journey to wholeness. This community-style island getaway is time away from your daily routine to reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit while embracing the island's serene ambiance.

Journey To Oneness will combine yoga, meditations, pescatarian & vegetarian meals, transformative workshops, and a soothing environment to help shift you towards a more conscious and healthier way of life.

You will leave feeling renewed and empowered with a greater awareness of self and a new family of like-minded women.


Journey to Oneness is an intimate retreat exclusive to a small group of women who choose to embark on this journey.  With that said, we will be sharing a spacious and very accomodating 5-bedroom 4-bathroom Villa during the 5 days we are together.

At CFW, we take a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit by incorporating yoga, mindfulness, meditation, fitness, nutrition, and self-care tools through workshops and retreats.
