Unearth and amplify your mental, emotional, physical and energentic capacities. In this 3 day retreat, you will travel to yourself, increase your insights and reconnect as you raise your awareness and understanding through yoga, meditation and mindful eating.
The Hermitage is a retreat community in southwest Michigan on 62 acres of rolling hills and trails for leisurely walking. It is a peaceful haven that offers a nurturing and supportive environment for rest and deepened practice.

For over a decade, Rachel Bunting (Raj Nidhan Kaur) has been immersed in the life of a performer, choreographer and teacher. She is thrilled to also be a Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation continues to transform her life, shining light onto paths of gratitude, abundance and courage.
Cancellations prior to June 1st will be honored at 50%. After May 31st, no refunds will be made. Reimbursement is possible if you find another participant to take your place in the retreat.
TRAVEL + ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Please plan to arrive at The Hermitage between 330-530 pm on Friday, June 16th. A welcome dinner is served at 530 pm and the first yoga class begins at 730 pm. On Sunday, June 18, class ends at 1130pm with a departure lunch at 12:30 pm. If you would like to also stay Sunday night, additional reservations can be made through The Hermitage.
The Hermitage is located in southwest Michigan, located at 11321 Dutch Settlement Rd, Three Rivers, MI 49094. Traveling by car from Chicago is about a 2hr 30min drive.
All participant information must be complete to secure your retreat registration. Please fill out the registration application in its entirety.
* Two nights stay at The Hermitage in Three Rivers, MI
* Meditation and Yoga (Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin). Some practices will be held outdoors if weather permits.
* 6 vegetarian meals. Some meals will be practiced in silence. Breakfast is continental: cereals, yogurt, bread, hard cooked eggs, coffee, juice and milk(s). Lunch is the main meal of the day and will include a heavier meal such as Black Bean Sweet Potato Burritos, side vegetable, salad, bread, fruit, and possibly dessert. Supper is usually lighter and could be vegetable soup, salad, bread, and fruit. The cooks are off on Sundays and we will make our own lunches on Sunday before we depart. Example: raw vegetables, humus, bread, cheese, fruit, etc.
Professional massage is not included in the retreat package but is available and recommended for an additional fee. Gratuity is welcome.
Nicky Hilsen is licensed massage therapist and yoga teacher. Additionally, she has knowledge in Thai Bodywork, Sacred Lomi Lomi and Prenatal massage. She hopes to lead people into a transformational relationship with themselves: mind, body and spirit, by creating a safe and sacred space for people to realize comfort and healing.

Tonya, a Michigan native, has been in Chicago for just over three years. She grew up shooting her camera and recently decided to marry her passion for photography with her love of yoga.
