Journey to Self: Jamaica was created to offer women intentional time away from the noise of everyday life, a chance to reconnect with themselves through movement, reflection, meaningful conversation, adventure, and rest.
Over four days in Montego Bay, we’ll gather in community while creating room for personal clarity and renewal.
This experience includes:
Daily yoga & movement
Guided reflection sessions
Group connection experiences
Wellness-focused meals
Time for rest & exploration
Optional excursions and cultural experiences
Space to reset mentally, emotionally, and physically
Whether you’re navigating transition, burnout, growth, or simply craving reconnection with yourself, this space was created with intention.
You’ll be guided by Victoria Milam, founder of Woman Up: a yoga instructor, healthcare professional, wellness advocate, and mother navigating growth in real time alongside you.
This experience was created for the moments when you’ve spent so much time showing up for everyone else that you’ve lost connection with yourself somewhere along the way.
Throughout your time in Jamaica, you’ll be guided through movement, reflection, intentional conversation, rest, and experiences designed to help you slow down enough to hear yourself clearly again.
You won’t be pressured to become someone new here.
You’ll simply be given the space to reconnect with who you already are beneath the noise, expectations, responsibilities, and constant movement of everyday life.
This is not about perfection.
It’s about presence.
You’ll leave with more than memories of a beautiful destination. You’ll leave with a deeper connection to yourself, greater clarity around your path forward, and the reminder that pouring into yourself is not selfish, it’s necessary.
Book now through July for early bird rate: $1250 with deposit due at time of booking. Email: Yogawithvic@outlook.com or text/call 828-447-7343 with inquiries.

Woman Up Retreats are transformational travel experiences designed for women who are ready to reset, reconnect, and rise into their highest selves. Founded by wellness advocate and yogi Victoria Milam, Woman Up blends yoga, cultural immersion, adventure, and sisterhood in beautiful destinations around the world.
We believe women deserve space to breathe, reflect, and rediscover their power while also exploring the world in a bold, unapologetic, and yes… a little badass way. From sunrise yoga and deep conversations to cultural adventures and unforgettable excursions, each retreat is intentionally curated to help women reconnect with who they truly are and stay rooted in that truth long after the journey ends.
Woman Up is about finding yourself, standing firmly in your power, and experiencing the world alongside a community of women doing the same.
