About your trip

Explore the eastern practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation. Through these practices we will be able to connect, listen, and trust that guiding voice within. We will have time to renew our vital life-force energy, remember and unlock our knowledge within, embody our truth and the lessons we learn, and grow and develop into a clearer more accurate version of ourselves.

--------------

Each day we will spend time in meaningful and practical workshops, allowing us to dig deep and see clearly. To find our voice, rediscover our light, embrace our inner warrior, take back our power, and embody our truth.

Where We Are Staying

This retreat will be held at the Mystical Yoga Farm. This is an off-grid spiritual sanctuary focused on healing, transformation, and empowerment. This community is nestled in the forest on the shores of sacred Lake Atitlan, between three magnificent volcanoes.

Policies Regarding COVID-19

It is an interesting time for everyone, with a lot of uncertainty.  We have thought deeply about the decision to host this retreat and have clarity that the best thing we can bring to the world right now is spiritual alignment.

We have worked closely with our retreat center and if for some reason this retreat is unable to take place we will be offering full refunds.

A Few Words From Courtney

Over the past 10 years of practicing and teaching yoga I have developed an intimate relationship with the sacred. Beyond that, I've developed the ability to guide others into that sacred relationship. Into their own sacred relationship.

I would love to be that guide for you...

In the sacred, time stops and everything comes to life.  We are reminded of the truth of who we are and how interconnected all of life is.  We return to being and anything becomes possible.....we exist in the limitless present moment.

This is my offering.
