Hold Us Sacred is the prefect name for an experience with Thea Monye. From the planning to the aftercare meetings I was cared for and held in ways that taught me to care for myself. The destination is beautiful, the connections I made are lifelong and meaningful, and the experience of diving in the Red Sea, reoriented my body. I had new adventures and did things (like 4-wheeling in the desert) that stretched by body. It was exhilarating. I would go anywhere with Thea, she knows how to build an experience that ushers in transformation.
