Lisa Love Hall has a passion for the healing powers of yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression. She began practicing yoga in 1998 and was struck by how transformational it was for her body, mind and soul. She was inspired to become a yoga teacher in 2010 and began teaching in 2011. Since then, she has continued to educate herself about mind-body wellness and holds certifications in Kids Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation, and more. She is currently teaching Mindful Yoga & Art classes and camps for Kids & Teens, Restorative Yoga classes for Adults & Teens, and Retreats for Women & Families. Lisa is also an artist and attended the California College of Arts and Crafts. She is grateful to be a teacher and loves sharing her passion for wellness and creative expression with all ages of the community.
