About The Tour

Prepare for the The Beatles experience of a Lifetime! Since 1996, The Beatles Pilgrimage Tour’s ‘FanVenture’ itinerary has been delighting Beatle Fans. The tour includes 3 nights in London and 4 nights in Liverpool on an amazing journey into the history of The Beatles…where it all happened.  Our tour features fully escorted 24/7, professionally guided group tours of The Beatles’ London and Liverpool. Included in the tour price: all hotels – including The Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool – all breakfasts and ‘Hello’ (Welcome) and ‘Good-bye’ dinners, lunch on coach tour days; all ground transportation including discount UK airport transfers, and admissions/fees for guides, named exhibits and attractions.

Deposit Requirement: The required deposit is displayed on the booking form and is per fan. YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING WITH YOUR DEPOSIT PAYMENT or your booking information you may have entered will not be held. Deposit payments are non-refundable.

Payment Plan: When booking you have the option to pay the entire cost of the trip at the time of booking or pay the deposit only. If you elect to pay the deposit the remainder will be due in two equal payments, the first 4 months prior to the tour's start date and the final payment 3 months prior to the tour's start date. 

Start Your Booking

You may Start your booking by confirming your tour package.  Your options are: Two Fans in room, ONE Queen bed or Two Fans in room, TWO  Twin beds or ONE fan in room, ONE double bed. Remember!!! One booking per hotel room!!!

Booking Form Entries: The form will prompt you for your name, your email and your phone number. The form also asks for the names and email addresses of your traveling companions (if any, that will be sharing your hotel room) and emergency contacts. You may add, change or delete this information at a later date. If applicable, we expect that you will add your flight arrival information - for either London Heathrow (LHR) or Gatwick (LGW); and flight departure information from Manchester Airport (MAN) - to the form at a later date.  Additionally, any health or diet concerns you or your traveling companions have may be added at a later date.  

Tour Options

Airport Transfer Option: We offer private car transfers from London Gatwick or London Heathrow airports at a discounted rate. The form will also ask you if you would like to choose this option. If you are unsure you can add/remove this option until 2 months prior to your tour's start date. Outbound transfers from our hotel in Liverpool to the {Only] Manchester Airport are included in the cost of the tour. You can add, change or remove this option up to 2 months prior to your tour's start date.

Additional Nights in London Prior to the  Start of your Tour Option:  We offer reasonable rates at the Copthorne Tara Kensington in London if you would like to arrive one or more days prior to the tour. If you are unsure you can this until 2 months prior to your tour's start date.
