About this trip

Join me for my signature Telluride adventure retreat. This will be my fifth year returning to Telluride and you're invited! Hike to hidden waterfalls, enjoy yoga on top of a mountain, soak in the on site hot tub, enjoy free breakfast, and treat yourself to an afternoon Stand-Up Paddleboarding. You'll have the option, on our free day, to join myself and the San Juan Outdoor School for an epic adventure on the Via Ferrata. You'll have the best view of town as you hang 350 feet off the valley floor moving along a system of iron cables and rods.

I've been leading yoga retreats in Telluride since 2013 and they just keep getting better. Come solo or bring a friend, with shared lodging you'll never feel left out. There's plenty of downtime built in for rest and rejuvenation in-between our adventures. I know the best locals only secret hikes and our mountaintop yoga will complement all the hard work you do on the trail. This weekend is about building relationships, testing your physical and mental limits and enjoying all the beauty Telluride has to offer.

All levels welcome although a basic fitness background is encouraged especially since this is a high elevation retreat.

This retreat sold out within a week last year and I expect next year's to do the same. I cannot hold a spot without a deposit so don't delay and book today.

Travel insurance is available upon booking through a private insurance company. No refunds so if you think you might need to cancel for any reason please purchase the travel insurance to protect your trip. If you have a friend to take your spot I will allow a transfer of your spot as long as it is more than 60 days out from retreat.

I had an amazing time. Natalie was warm and welcoming, and lead us on many super bad ass adventures. She is confident in what she is doing and that excitement is contagious. The yoga was a perfect counter to the hikes she led you on, and the views and sites of being above telluride are to die for. The other thing that was great was she attracted an amazing group of women together, and many friendships were made on the trip. I was also able to spend some quality time with my bestie!

This was my first time attending a yoga retreat and I had an amazing time! 10/10 would go again! The city of Telluride is beautiful, and the events that Natalie had prepared for the group was fun. With doing early morning yoga on top of the morning, roaming the town, the hikes, and the bonding with strangers it's a great experience. If you're on the fence for booking this retreat or any of Natalie's - DO IT! You won't regret it!

I have attended a few of Natalie's retreats and they have all been great! The mix of yoga, adventure and down time really gives you a well-rounded experience. She does a great job of curating hikes, yoga locations and in-town events. Honestly, you will not find a better priced retreat.

This was my first yoga retreat, and I thought everything about it was awesome. Natalie has really nailed down the details and itinerary, while also being flexible so everyone can have their own time if needed. The trip was both relaxing and challenging, which made the whole weekend exciting. Natalie picked a variety of hikes so we could see all kinds of Telluride beauty! The lodging was great and right in town, and the breakfasts that were included were awesome. Overall, it was a great trip because all you have to do is sign up and show up, and the rest is taken care of! I will definitely be going on more of Natalie's retreats, and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Natalie!!
