Booking: A non-refundable deposit of $299 per person is required to reserve a space on a tour. The deposit amount is due immediately in order to ensure your space/reservation. The final payment is due on the date stated on your invoice. All payments made towards the balance will not be refunded. If traveling with a roommate please be aware that you will be responsible for the additional cost for Single Occupancy in the event of cancellation and if another roommate cannot be found. JW Trips™ will not be responsible for finding another traveler as a roommate.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Trip Interruptions: Due to the nature of group travel and contracting with service providers, deposits and payments made cannot be refunded. Unused hotel accommodations or any unused features or segments of the purchased tour are not refundable or exchangeable for other services. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and will require a separate purchase.

We will visit the Canada Branch and stay at a hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada. You need a Passport Book, a Passport Card, or a US Green Card to cross the border.

- Your passport must be valid for six months after the return date.

- If you have a foreign passport or do not have a US Green card, you need to check visa requirements for Canada. (Visit Check Visa Requirements)

Note: Passport Agencies are taking longer to process passport applications and renewals. We strongly suggest applying or renewing with sufficient time.

Museum Guided tour + Panoramic Bus tour of Washington DC
In the morning, we will pick you up on a motor coach bus to begin the day in Washington, DC.

First stop is a guided tour of the Museum of the Bible. We will visit 4 major exhibits in this two hours tour.

We will pause for lunch at 12:30p - 1:30p by eating at the museum cafeteria.

To enjoy all the main monuments in Washington DC, we will start our panoramic drive from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. We will quickly stop at the following monuments: US. Capitol, World War 2 Memorial, Martin Luther King Memorial, Lincoln Memorial (hop on/hop off), and The White House.

At 4:00 pm, we will continue our journey to NY. We will arrive in the evening at your hotel near Warwick Bethel. *Driving time from Washington to New York Hotel is approximately 6hrs

Visit World Headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses
In the morning, we will start with the self-guided tour of the new World Headquarters in Warwick! You will be able to enjoy three amazing exhibits: “The Bible and the Divine Name,” “A People for Jehovah's Name,” and “Faith in Action.”

After the tour, we will go for lunch, and then we will go for Ice Cream. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Included is a group dinner at a local ranch in Chester, NY. After dinner, we will return to the hotel.

In the morning, you can rest to be ready for our next visit.

We will tour Wallkill, now the United States Branch Office, in the afternoon. You will walk through the presses and learn how our publications are made.

After touring Wallkill, we will stop at the Harvest Inn Gift Shop to enjoy some time at this hidden gem owned by brothers. At their coffee bar, you can shop for exclusive meetings, ministry items, and many unique gifts while enjoying refreshments, snacks, and more. Included is a group dinner at the Harvest Inn.

After that, we will drive back to the hotel so you can rest.

Explore NYC like never before
In the morning, after breakfast at the hotel, we will depart in a modern 56-passenger bus to head to New York City. We will arrive in NYC at 10:00 am. the bus will transport us to the Lower Manhattan area.

We will have a panoramic tour of lower Manhattan, where we will make our first stop at St. Paul's Chapel, a U.S. National Historic Landmark, to see one of the few places in NYC where you can see the tetragrammaton Jehovah's name (g04 1/22 p. 3) Later we will visit the 9/11 Memorial. If time permits, we'll take the Staten Island Ferry.

On the Ferry, you can take impressive photos of Manhattan’s skyscrapers. We will return from the Ferry to the southernmost part of Manhattan and take our bus.
Then we will go to the Chelsea Area. There, you can dine on your own and take photos of the area with amazing views of the Vessel, Highland Park, and more.

At 8:30 pm., The bus will depart from The Chelsea Area to our hotel.

It's time to continue our journey to Niagara Falls, Canada.

Our first stop is Goat Island, Niagara Falls, NY.

Then we will cross to Canada (need an up-to-date passport) to our hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada (C lick here for border crossing requirements.)

We will visit the Canada Branch and stay at a hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada. You need a Passport Book, a Passport Card, or a US Green Card to cross the border.

The trip was fantastic. I don't use that word too often. Carlos and Renee are excellent tour guides and they made this trip fun and exciting. I met a lot of nice people and I saw and learned things that I will never forget. I went to Washington DC, New York and Canada. Three wonderful places.

To say this trip was amazing is an understatement! This was our first time visiting Bethel and we are so happy that we booked through JW Trips! Carlos and Renee were PHENOMENAL guides and Arnold our bus driver was excellent! They made sure every single person on the trip was comfortable, needed anything and you can truly tell they enjoy what they do. The hotel stays, the activities as well as the association with brothers and sisters is something that I will not forget. Now that we’re home I still find myself reliving our trip in my mind because I did not want it to end. So many great memories and laughs with everyone. We can’t wait to book another trip again through JW Trips!

The itinerary was unrealistic. it did not include travel times. we at one point were on the bus traveling for 6 hours! if things like that were included on the itinerary i wouldn’t have went. we woke up 6am or earlier everyday. we got back to our hotel past 10pm once. the food we were served at the ranch and the harvest inn was not good at all. times we thought we would have free time was cut short. Carlos and Renee did the best they could with the adjustments they had to make.
