This unforgettable journey will combine breathtaking landscapes with the rich heritage of the British Isles.

Booking: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $850 per person is required to reserve a space on the tour. The deposit is due immediately to ensure your space/reservation. The final payment is due on or before April 25, 2025. 

If traveling with a roommate, please be aware that you will be responsible for the additional cost for Single Occupancy in the event of cancellation and if another roommate cannot be found. JWTrips™ will not be responsible for finding another traveler as a roommate.

Payments: Your final payment is due on the date stated on your invoice. To secure your reservation, you must pay timely installments until that date. Failure to make a timely installment payment may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your trip reservation.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Trip Interruptions: Due to the nature of group travel and contracting with service providers, deposits made cannot be refunded or transferred. Unused hotel accommodations or any unused features or segments of the purchased tour are not refundable or exchangeable for other services. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and will require a separate purchase.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE, FEES, & SCHEDULE: Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellation fees will be applied per person according to the Trip Schedule and are based on the date you fill out the cancellation form using this link: www.jwtrips.com/cancellation2025 (phone, text, or email cancellations are not accepted). 

International Travel is subject to a different Cancellation Schedule based on the tour operator's terms and conditions. The cancellation policies for each trip indicate these exceptions.

**Note: Cancellation and transfer schedules for cruises, safaris, custom trips, international trips, and certain special events and/or private trips are often stricter and may differ from the schedule above.   Airfare purchased on your behalf by JWTrips LLC is subject to the airline’s cancellation policies.

No refunds will be provided for any unused tour portion once the tour begins, including if you leave a tour for any reason, miss the tour’s departure date, or must be removed from a tour. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including weather, civil strife, personal, family, medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.

Land Only: If a Land-Only package is selected, the traveler is responsible for arranging the airport transportation and airfares.

Flights: JW Trips™ is not responsible for any portion of the trip that is missed due to flight delay or cancellation and/or transfer delay or cancellation. The tour will commence at the scheduled time and date, and the traveler is responsible for catching up with the group in case of a delay.

Payment by check: The customer will be responsible for bank service fees charged on return checks. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE: 

International Trips: Travel Insurance is mandatory for every person traveling on International Groups; proof of coverage will be necessary to travel. Proof of coverage must be provided when the trip is paid in full. 

Tour arrangements and pricing: Accommodations will be provided in twin-bedded rooms if Double, Triple, or Quadruple occupancy with private baths. Single occupancy can be provided in a single bedded room. Meals are included only as specified on the itinerary. Please note that the sequence of days in the itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of JW Trips™. We cannot change or alter the itinerary to accommodate other requests, needs, or changes by individual travelers. 

Air Transportation: IATA™ carriers such as Delta, United, American Airlines and/or other major carriers may be used. Airfares are based on non-refundable fares, and schedules are subject to change without notice. It is the traveler's responsibility to arrive at the airport on time for the departure from EWR. JW Trips™ LLC is not responsible for flight delays for any reason, including weather, acts of god, terrorism, or airline delay. 

Responsibility: No delay or failure to take action under these Standard Terms and Conditions shall constitute any waiver by JW Trips™ of any provision of these terms and Conditions. 

Liability Waiver: Our bus charter company is fully insured in case of an accident. The charter companies set the terms and conditions. Your signature below acknowledges that JW Trips™ LLC operates as an intermediary and will not be held financially responsible for accidents or bus mechanical malfunctions, lost or stolen items, food allergies, or if, for an unforeseen occurrence, the trip is not possible (such as a natural disaster or things that are out of our control).

PHOTO RELEASE WAIVER: 

I hereby grant JW Trips™LLC permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of JW Trips™ LLC and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize JW Trips™LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. 

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge JW Trips™LLC from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. 

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you are in good emotional and physical health and can adapt to the pace of international group travel. We do not guarantee any emergency medical care or medicine is available in the country visited. We recommend that you carry any medicine or equipment with you at all times or that any special dietary needs will be cared for in the country visited on your itinerary. JW Trips™ acts only as an agent in making arrangements for hotels, sightseeing tours, and other transportation and services in connection with all tours and is not responsible and expressly disclaims any liability for injury, damage, loss, delay, change in itinerary, additional expense, inconvenience or irregularity, whether to person or property incurred during the trip in connection with or relating to the supply or omission of air, sea, land transportation services, hotel, facilities, meals, other services or illness of the client. JW Trips™ cannot be responsible or liable for breakdowns, government actions, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, fire, weather, natural disaster, acts of god, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control, such as the client’s failure to obtain proper documentation, travel insurance and/or follow instructions including but not limited to check-in/check-out places and times, or the delay, loss of or damage to client’s luggage or its contents. The client's ticket shall constitute the sole contract between the air carriers and the client. Reservations are not transferable.

- Some travelers may choose to arrive 1-2 days early to adjust to time differences

- No group activities scheduled on arrival day

**Arrival Instructions:**

- Upon landing, proceed through immigration and collect luggage

- Group transfer to accommodation in Dublin city center

Remember to stay hydrated during your flight and rest as much as possible to minimize jet lag. Dublin Airport offers various amenities and services to welcome you to Ireland.

Day 1: Arrival in Dublin, Ireland

Date: July 25, 2025

• Arrival: Arrive at Dublin International Airport (DUB) from your home destination. 
• Transfer: The airport transfer is included. You will be escorted to the hotel for check-in at 3:00 p.m.
• Your JWTrips™ Tour Guides will welcome you.
• Leisure Time: Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
• Optional Activity: Join an afternoon city tour of Dublin, exploring landmarks rich in history.

Day 2: Exploring Dublin and Powerscourt Gardens

Date: July 26, 2025

• Morning: Embark on a full-day excursion to Dublin, starting with a panoramic tour of the Irish capital.
   
  • Chester Beatty Library: Our first stop will be the Chester Beatty Library, renowned for its extensive collection of manuscripts and rare books.
  • Powerscourt Gardens: Next, we will visit the stunning Powerscourt Gardens. With tickets included, explore the magnificent Palace Park, designed in the eighteenth century. Enjoy its beautiful fountains, the serene Japanese garden, and the unique pet cemetery. (Lunch included and entrance fee covered.)
• Afternoon: Return to Dublin for a sightseeing tour of the city.
   
  • Guided Tour: A knowledgeable guide will share the rich history of Dublin, highlighting its Georgian neighborhoods, bustling city center streets, and the prestigious University.
  • Free Time: Spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure, exploring the vibrant Irish capital.
• Evening:
   
  • Dinner: At 8 PM, we will transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.
  • Return: After dinner, return to the hotel for a restful night.

Day 3: Travel from Dublin to Edinburgh (Flight Included)

  • Transfer: Head to the airport for your flight to Edinburgh.
• Afternoon:
   
  • Arrival: Upon arrival in Edinburgh, transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Day 4: Discovering Edinburgh

  • City Tour: Embark on a scenic tour of Edinburgh with a local guide. Explore one of the liveliest cities in Northern Europe, whose spectacular center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Highlights include the iconic Edinburgh Castle, charming cobbled streets, and beautiful parks.

  • Optional Tours: Choose between two exciting options:  
    • Scotch Whisky Experience: Dive into Scotland’s whisky heritage with a guided tour.
  • Transfer: Return to the hotel for some relaxation.

Day 5: Edinburgh to Stirling and Back

  • Excursion to Stirling: Embark on a half-day excursion to Stirling.  
    • The Kelpies: Our first stop will be at the Kelpies, a pair of monumental steel horse-head sculptures designed by Andy Scott in 2013 located between Falkirk and Grangemouth.
    • William Wallace Monument: Continue to Stirling to visit the tower dedicated to William Wallace. Admission fees are included.
• Afternoon:
   
  • Lunch: Enjoy lunch in Stirling or return to Edinburgh for lunch (depending on group preference).
  • Return to Edinburgh: After lunch, we will head back to Edinburgh.
• Evening:
   
  • Dinner: Transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.
  • Return: After dinner, return to the hotel for accommodation.

Day 6: Flight from Edinburgh to London (Flight Included)

Date: July 30, 2025 (Wednesday)
