BOOKING: A nonrefundable and nontransferable deposit of $850 per person is required to reserve a tour space. The deposit is due immediately to ensure your space/reservation. The final payment is due on or before July 17, 2025.

PAYMENTS: Your final payment is due on the date stated on your invoice. To secure your reservation, you must pay timely installments until that date. Failure to make a timely installment payment may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your trip reservation.

PAYMENTS MADE TOWARDS THE BALANCE WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE CANCELLATION SCHEDULE BELOW. PAYMENTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. If traveling with a roommate, please be aware that you will be responsible for the additional cost for Single Occupancy in the event of cancellation and if another roommate cannot be found. JW Trips™ will not be responsible for finding another traveler as a roommate.

Payment by check: The customer will be responsible for bank service fees charged on return checks.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND TRIP INTERRUPTIONS: Due to the nature of group travel and contracting with service providers, deposits made cannot be refunded or transferred. Unused hotel accommodations or any unused features or segments of the purchased tour are not refundable or exchangeable for other services. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and will require a separate purchase.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE, FEES, & SCHEDULE: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately using the link: www.jwtrips.com/cancellations2025. Cancellation fees will be applied per person according to the following schedule and are based on the date you fill out the cancellation form using the link provided (phone, text, or email cancellations are not accepted). 

London Trip cancellation fee schedule**

• From the day of booking: The Deposit of $850.00 is entirely non-refundable.
• 120 days or less before departure: 100% of the trip price is non-refundable.

INTERNAL/DOMESTIC FLIGHTS: As noted in the itinerary, we include two internal flights (Dublin-Edinburgh - London). Due to the airline's booking policy, no name change is allowed on this trip.

**Note: Cancellation and transfer schedules for cruises, safaris, custom trips, international trips, and certain special events and/or private trips are often stricter and may differ from the schedule above.  These exceptions are indicated in the cancellation policies for each of these trips. Airfare purchased on your behalf by JWTrips LLC is subject to the airline’s cancellation policies.

**Non-refundable deposits: If we make special arrangements for you that require payment of non-refundable deposits to suppliers, we may subtract any such deposit from any refund due to you. This includes any credit card processing fees.

REFUND POLICY: If you request a refund, please note that any credit card processing fees incurred during the initial transaction will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction is necessary to cover the non-refundable fees charged by the credit card processing company.

No refunds will be provided for any unused tour portion once the tour begins, including if you leave a tour for any reason, miss the tour’s departure date, or must be removed from a tour. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including weather, civil strife, personal, family, medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.

HEALTH CONDITION AND PACE OF THE TRIP: We want everyone to have the best possible experience during this trip. Please note that this trip involves extensive walking and must ensure you’re comfortable with the pace and physical requirements. If you find it challenging to walk for long periods, rely on a wheelchair, or have other mobility concerns, this particular journey may not be the best fit. Our priority is your well-being, and we would love to help you find a trip that better suits your needs.

INCLUDED MEALS: While we have included some meals in the tour package, please note that we may be unable to accommodate every dietary need. We will cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions, including allergies, but we cannot guarantee that all specific requirements will be met. To help us better prepare, please notify us in advance of any particular dietary needs or allergies. Additionally, we will only cover the cost of meals within the arranged menu.

LAND ONLY: If a Land-Only package is selected, the traveler is responsible for arranging the hotel and airport transportation, except for the group Bethel trip packages.

FLIGHTS: JW Trips™ is not responsible for any portion of the trip that is missed due to flight delay or cancellation and/or transfer delay or cancellation. The tour will commence at the scheduled time and date, and the traveler is responsible for catching up with the group in case of a delay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: 

International Trips: Travel Insurance is mandatory for every person traveling on International Groups; proof of coverage will be necessary to travel. Proof of coverage must be provided when the trip is paid in full. 

Airlines, cruise lines, and resorts charge fees for trips canceled for reasons beyond your control (weather, aircraft issues, loss of employment, health, or family issues, etc.) will not be reimbursed. If you choose to decline insurance, JW Trips LLC will not be responsible for penalties or fees should you cancel. Any portions of the tour missed due to a medical emergency are non-refundable.

TOUR ARRANGEMENTS AND PRICING: Accommodations will be provided in twin-bedded rooms if Double, Triple, or Quadruple occupancy with private baths. Single occupancy can be provided in a single bedded room. Meals are included only as specified on the itinerary. Please note that the sequence of days in the itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of JW Trips™. We cannot change or alter the itinerary to accommodate other requests, needs, or changes by individual travelers.

Day 2: Exploring Dublin and Powerscourt Gardens

• Morning: Embark on a full-day excursion to Dublin, starting with a panoramic tour of the Irish capital.
   
  • Chester Beatty Library: Our first stop will be the Chester Beatty Library, renowned for its extensive collection of manuscripts and rare books.
  • Powerscourt Gardens: Next, we will visit the stunning Powerscourt Gardens. With tickets included, explore the magnificent Palace Park, designed in the eighteenth century. Enjoy its beautiful fountains, the serene Japanese garden, and the unique pet cemetery. (Lunch included and entrance fee covered.)

    • William Wallace Monument: Continue to Stirling to visit the tower dedicated to William Wallace. Admission fees are included.
