The 7 day Kakou warrior retreat is for women wanting to ignite their inner fire to discover their purest self. This will be a time to come together (Kakou) in a small group atmosphere to heal, rejuvenate, and expand our conscious minds. Through shakti naam yoga, we will activate our bodies self healing capabilities with the combination of breath, mudras (hand seals), standing/sitting postures, sacred sound (mantra) and movement. In addition, Divine spiritual wisdom and harmonium will remove energy blocks. Then we may re enter the world and spread our truths gently, gracefully and with universal love.
