We are on cloud nine to be able to announce our annual trip back to Tulum, Mexico!
This breathtaking retreat will consist of 2-3 Hot HIIT Flow and Yoga classes per day with a rooftop view of the ocean in Tulum, Mexico.
This year, we have 3 of our best teachers to support you in this journey of self care, self love and movement.
We are excited to announce that Shelley Newhouse, a seasoned Yogi and Tulum lover, will guide you through both Yoga + Hot HIIT flows. Her attention to detail combined with her articulation of words is like poetry. You will leave every class feeling blissful, refreshed and grounded, ready to take on the day!
Also thrilled to announce Corri Montejano, a power house addition to the retreat this year. Her positive vibes are transferrable as soon as you see her smiling face. She brings a strong, cardio focused Hot HIIT Flow class that will leave you exhausted, but surprisingly wanting more! Corri is a bundle of energy you don't want to miss.
Carrie Brackin is back, offering fluid flows both Yoga + Hot HITT along side Tropical Tulum inspired tunes. Her goal is to provide a space for all to release and reset. While taking the time to connect with others in an environment cultivated by love and support.
The resort is located in the heart of downtown Tulum and easily accessible by foot. Days will consist of classes in the AM and PM with free time through out the day. This retreat also includes a complimentary cooking class and Salsa Dance class. Use this retreat as your time to reconnect, enjoy great company and come back in the best shape of your life!
Tulum, this is what we consider paradise. Tulum is a small town in the State of Quintana Roo. It is located just at the bottom of the Riviera Maya which starts at Cancun and runs down to Playa del Carmen. You will find Tulum at an hour and a half drive from Cancun International Airport.

Itinerary
As we arrive to the resort we will get settled in with a light snack following an early evening Yoga Class to finish your day and unwind your travel. Meet & Greet, agenda review and setting the tone for your retreat.
