To qualify for this Karuna Reiki Master class, you must have completed Reiki Master (also called ART or 3a, depending on your lineage) at least six months before the start of class. Your training can be with any lineage. &nbsp;Proof of training for those who did not train with Twin Cities Reiki Master will be required. We highly recommend having good physical stamina, as the journey involves a 1200-foot elevation walk from our lodging to the summit. While an optional cable car can take you halfway, you will need to ascend approximately 800 feet on foot, primarily via stairs, with resting spots along the way. You will need to reach the summit in around one hour. Expect the hike to feel akin to climbing the 102 flights of the Empire State Building. It would be regrettable for you to make such a long journey only to miss the opportunity to reach the mountaintop in time for the Ignitions, class sessions, and Reiki sharing, all essential for completing the course and receiving your certificate, but rest assured, the reward of reaching the top is well worth the effort. A valid passport and any necessary travel documents are required. While we will provide some travel guidance, you are responsible for organizing and confirming all your travel plans independently.&nbsp;

Requirements

&nbsp;We strongly suggest arriving in Japan at least 2 to 3 days prior to the start of the class and booking a hotel in northern Kyoto to help you acclimate to the time difference. Keep in mind that Japan is 15 hours ahead of Central&nbsp; Daylight Time.
