Amber and Diana believe that through compassion comes a unique understanding of ones self as well as others. To truly become a compassionate teacher, one has to experience a deep and profound connection to the world at large and each living creature in it. With backgrounds in multiple styles and philosophies of yoga, Amber and Diana will provide a non-dogmatic, comprehensive training that weaves together the many different styles that have shaped their own understandings of this practice. No one style is better than the other, no one view is better than the other. You will be given the time, space, knowledge and encouragement to figure out what works best for you.
By retreating from the chaos of daily life and responsibilities, each student will be able to devote themselves to their studies without having to worry about what to eat or when to let the knowledge sink in. Every meal is provided and you can spend your free time reflecting on the day’s training. By training in a safe and beautiful environment, Amber and Diana hope that the skills will settle in a little more deeply so you can carry them back into your life, wherever it may take you.
