Refund and Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reason/s we must be informed in writing via e-mail. Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

- 45 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees), (this is not valid for group Bookings)-

- 45 days to 25 days prior to arrival -35% of the tour / service taken.

- 25 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour / service taken.

- 15 days prior to check-in date 100% cancellation charges (NO REFUND).

  Check In-Out at 12:00noon (Early check in / late checkout in the hotel as per availability 

 only Note – In Peak Season above policy will not be applicable.

GULMARG: Gondola Ride 750/- Per Pax (1st Phase) 950/- Per Pax (2nd Phase). Horse/Pony is Not Compulsory. Etv/Snow Bike in Winter 1500 Approx. per Round. Snow Chained Vehicle 1600/- From Tangmarg Return.

PAHALGAM: Aaru, Chandanwari, Betab valley Starting rate 1800/- For ECO. Pony/Horse for Baisaran valley 1200/- Per Horse/Pony.

Prepaid sim cards don't work in J&K due to security reasons, post paid connection is a must.

In Srinagar if you are staying at the Houseboat: - Shikara Crossing is complimentary, do not pay for the same.

It is not mandatory for guests to take ponies in Sonamarg/Gulmarg & Pahalgam to visit all the important tourist spots, all the major tourist attraction points are in close proximity so you can walk it down. However if still you wish to take a pony ride / sledging / rafting etc the rates are highly negotiable. Please bargain to your max.

Sightseeing to Aru Valley / Betaab Valley / Chandanwari in Pahalgam will be by local taxi union only. Due to union outside vehicles cannot enter these places. The rates are highly negotiable if you wish to visit these places. You have to pay extra directly.
