Friends, students, big hearted adventurers! I am SO excited to invite you to join me for a magical retreat on the island of Kauai.
If you haven’t yet been, Kauai is a lush, beautiful, majestic place.
Spiritual seekers / peeps call each of the Hawaiian islands as it corresponds to one of the seven chakras. Kauai, in particular, is known as the island of intuition, connected with your third eye, the place of inner knowing and clear seeing.
From the moment I landed there on my first visit several years ago it felt like my heart and mind were syncing up. Like the sync between phone and computer! The outer beauty - insanely gorgeous mountains, streams, crystal waters.. Connected to a very healing, beautiful inner place. Each time I’ve been here has been a transformative trip in that I just arrive however I am (usually exhausted!) and surrender to the healing nature of the island..
Each time walking away in awe of my time here.. feeling most alive, radiant and recharged and ready to grow in my life.
The daily yoga and meditation practices offered will come from that place draw on the healing powers of the island… reconnecting to intuition, clear seeing, and inner sanctuary space.
This is a retreat for women! Lead by me - Julianne And supported by 2 other women teachers and lots of amazing hands on assists. We've all been students of the yoga practice for a very long time, and 2 of us have been teaching for 4 years.
All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome, all backgrounds, all open-minded, kind people seeking an easy, extraordinarily beautiful, and transformative experience.
I do ask that you have some kind of regular practice and can make time at home or at a studio to practice at least once a week leading up to the retreat, as this will just make it more enjoyable for you. Most who come on the retreat practice 'a bit' and enjoy yoga, but are not advanced :)
We will leverage the endorphins, strength, ease and wonder that come from moving the physical body with yoga, hiking, meditate walking in labyrinths, surfing.. and plenty of time in my favorite pose - the beach chiller pose for wellbeing, joy and deep rejuvination.

The rest of this is a loose itinerary! The structure of the trip is open to change with group input and navigating any weather changes, etc. It's important that you know that even though I have a very high standard for trips and making everything 100% amazing for you in every way. It's simply important to know with a group flexibility and ease important.
Wake up- leisure and quiet time. Breakfast of fresh juice, coffee + tea, smoothies, fruit, hard boiled eggs and anything else you want will be available in the morning.
7:30 - 8am - Morning meditation. Followed by a short break, then yoga.
Post yoga relax + wash up. Pack lunch for the road (we’ll have a cooler and explore in the afternoon.)
