This winter, and holiday season press pause and treat yourself to 7 luxurious, nature-filled days on the Garden Island for a dose of Hawaiian magic. The north shore and it's countless beaches, surf locales, tropical hikes, and majestic water-fall laden mountains await us.
We'll slow down to revel in daily yoga practices, guided meditation + pranayam, surfing to our hearts delight, Stand Up Paddleboarding the island's rivers and ocean, SUP Yoga, hiking, beach days, waterfall chasing, and plenty of time to simply BE and enjoy life!
A wonderful and talented Vegan Chef, Miss Lisa Kelly from Boston, now living in Boulder will be joining us to provide us with 4 healthy and delicious vegan/vegetarian breakfasts and dinners in, and then we'll get out on the town for two breakfasts, and a dinner or two out at favorite local spots we love.
Our only worry is that you'll love the island so much as we do that you won't want to come home. Kidding! Kind of:) Kauai has taken up a large space in our hearts and we cannot wait to share all of the natural beauty and island MAGIC wth you this winter.

MARY SUSAN STULTS
Southern Utah native Mary Susan Stults has been practicing Yoga for over 25 years since she was a young teen, studying Vipassana meditation for 18 years, surfing for 20 years, and Stand Up Paddleboarding for over 8 years now. Born in Fort Payne, Alabama, Mary Susan was raised in Cedar City, a town in southwest Utah about an hour from Zion National Park. Mary Susan, an avid nature lover, grew up hiking, climbing, canyoneering, rafting, and exploring the many hiking trails, rivers, rocks, mountains, canyons, and the endless outdoor beauty of Utah and Colorado with her friends and family. Despite growing up landlocked Mary grew up a deep love and appreciation for the ocean and water and that passion has only grown with each passing year.
After moving to Boulder, Colorado in 2001 to attend the University of Colorado-Boulder, she has made Colorado her home for nearly 17 years. As an outdoor-enthusiast-at-heart, you can often find this nature lover hiking or biking on a trail, paddling, surfing, practicing yoga on the water, camping, climbing, or backpacking in the mountains or desert, or exploring her yoga practice outdoors! Mary Susan loves to share her passion for the outdoors and adventure with those around her, which has led her to plan and lead global yogaretreats and adventure yoga retreats throughout Colorado and around the globe!
An absolute people person, Mary has taught Yoga for adults, all-ages, family, tweens, teens, kids, and tots for over 8 years, SUP & SUP Yoga for nearly 6 years now, and is a certified 500+ E-RYT Yoga & Meditation teacher. She is a World Paddle Association/Paddle Into Fitness Certified Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) and SUP Yoga teacher, Glide SUP Athlete, Local Honey SUP Athlete, certified Kids Yoga teacher, certified Adaptive Yoga teacher, and is known by all for her enthusiasm and positive outlook.
Mary Susan teaches a knowledgable, dynamic, sustainable, refreshing, and compassionate, alignment-based practice that intelligently weaves and blends together the traditions of Ashtanga and Iyengar, while making the most of props! Many describe her energy as contagious, finding her nurturing, wise, grounded, and patient style of teaching to be welcoming and supportive. She infuses her Yoga, Meditation, SUP, and SUP Yoga classes, workshops, and retreats with her grounded yet light-hearted nature.
For Mary, being a student of the practice of Yoga is as important as being a teacher. When she is not working and teaching herself you can often find her in a teacher training or Yoga intensive with her forever teacher, Maty Ezraty with whom she has completed over 800+ hours of formal training, and well over 2000 hours total. Mary Susan will begin assisting her mentor and teacher Maty Ezraty this year beginning with the Pacific NorthWest Yoga Conference this February, 2018 in Seattle, WA and continuing on from there.
As a forever student, Mary Susan has studied with a plethora of teachers including Maty Ezraty, Richard Freeman, Seane Corn, Annie Carpenter, Schuyler Grant, Jason Bowman, Libba Harmon, Asha Wolfe, Jason Crandall, Carrie Owerko, James Brown, Gillian Gibree, and many more with her studies taking her to India, New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Aspen, Boulder, Denver, Utah, San Francisco, San Diego, Mexico, Paris, and beyond. She will be completing another 200hr yoga teacher training with Maty Ezraty and Judith Hanson Lassater in Northern California this upcoming October 14th - November 16th, 2018.
She hopes to help others delve into what it means to live well physically, mentally, and spiritually, by exploring and developing their own Yoga and meditation practice, and translating the joy, strength, confidence, mindfulness, balance, and grace that we find on the mat, into our lives off the mat!
Mary Susan teaches Yoga, SUP, SUP Yoga, and Meditation for Amana Yoga Studio in Boulder, White Lotus Therapeutics in Denver, Altitude Paddleboards in Denver, Rocky Mountain Paddleboard, Flow World Travel, and for her companies, Float & Flow Yoga & SUP, and Adventure Yoga For Kids throughout the world.
