Overall the trip was alright; the destination itself was beautiful, you get to observe thousands of penguins and sea birds up close. However, the trip organizers were quite inept. When we checked in, no one was able to provide any help or guidance on where to go, how long to wait etc. The buses arrived late, and again no one was providing any directions. We made the right assumptions and got a seat on one of the buses, but were asked to take our kids in our lap because they had oversold the tour. This was the theme throughout. Crowded and unmanaged. The sight of penguins up close is unbeatable though.

A truly wonderful discovery of the Strait of Magellan and Patagonia. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were able to see the penguins up close, as well as the sea lions. The scenery is breathtaking.

A wonderful discovery of the Strait of Magellan and Patagonia. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The whales were a bit harder to spot, but we still saw them. And the view of the glacier and the surrounding waterfalls was stunning. We highly recommend this excursion.

One of my best excursion ever made. Catamaran was very comfortable, on board staff very kind and friendly, food and drinks were good enough and, talking about the kayaking with whales, it was marvelous, stay in a location all alone with you kayak the bay and whales swimming around you was fantastic. We really, really, loved that experience.
