Welcome to the Tour Page for the Kearney High School Band Tour to Germany and the Czech Republic! "Directors Nathan LeFeber and Rick Mitchell are happy to welcome you on the tour, which will be produced by Tour Resource Consultants.
You will be shown packages for Land-Only Tours in Double/Twin or Single Occupancy. You will have the choice of each package between a 5 payment plan or a 12 payment plan. You will have the choice of paying by credit card or by a scheduled bank transfer. There is a credit card percentage fee charged by WeTravel.com.
Land-Only Tour Price Includes:

8 nights accommodation in tourist and superior tourist class hotels, in triple and twin rooms with private bath
Airport Transfer from Kearney to Denver (or Omaha) and return
Deluxe Private Motorcoach as per the land portion of the itinerary
3 Performances
Buffet Breakfast and 1 Lunch and 7 Dinners (including the Farewell Banquet)
Guided sightseeing tours of Hamburg, Leipzig and Prague (2)
Paid entrances to the Bach Archive Museum, St. Thomas Church, Terezin (donation) and Prague Castle
One Tour Manager per motorcoach throughout the land portion of the itinerary
All gratuities to bus drivers, tour managers, local guides and group meal waitstaff included
Registration and Payments processed through the TRC Tour Portal on WeTravel.com
A Comprehensive Travel Protection Plan will be offered through WeTravel

By rule, each participant must choose their level of travel insurance coverage when paying their deposit and registering for the tour. Purchasing the insurance when registering eliminates pre-existing conditions. The prices shown are are-rated for 34 years old or younger. Click on the type of insurance you desire, and purchase it. If you are older than 34, we will contact you within 10 days to collect the additional premium. For your convenience, we offer group travel protection of Safe Travels First Class, provided by Trawick International.

Post-departure (Trip Interruption) coverage is recommended as a minimum. This covers
participants while they are on their way to, during their stay, and when returning from Europe. This coverage provides Trip interruption benefits, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and Loss, Theft or Damage, Medical Expense and Emergency Evacuation coverage, and more.
Pre-Departure Trip Cancelation Insurance - This plan provides coverage for Trip Cancellation for a Covered Reason (pre-departure) and Trip interruption benefits, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and Loss, Theft or Damage, Medical Expense and Emergency Evacuation coverage, and more. Paying for this when paying your deposit eliminates any pre-existing conditions. With this insurance, 100% of your trip cost can be refunded if you cancel for a covered reason.
Cancel For Any Reason - This plan includes all of the benefits of Trip Cancelation Insurance, but if your decision to cancel is not for a covered reason, you may still cancel and receive 75% of your trip cost by refund. This insurance is 1.7 times more expensive than Trip Cancelation Insurance.

The Land-Only (Double/Twin Room Occupancy) Package includes Land Services.. This option has 5 payments spaced across several months. Payment of tour deposit and subsequent payments may be made by credit card and/or bank draft. A merchant fee is assessed by WeTravel on credit card payments. No fee is assessed on payments made by bank draft.
Air fare is not included; Traveler is responsible for arranging his/her air travel If they do not choose the Group Air Deposit and Group Air Options.

This package is the same Land-Only (Single Room Occupancy) option with 5 larger payments spread out over several months.
