The arrival is on Saturday, May 31st, with check-ins from 3 pm.
The departure is on Saturday, June 7th, with check-outs by 10 am.
A typical day (subject to change):
- 8:30am Pranayama & dynamic morning Yoga (2 hours)
- 11:00am Delicious brunch
- 5:00pm Afternoon Yoga or Meditation (60-90 mins)
- 7:30pm Dinner at the retreat or at local restaurants
Fruits, snacks and tea will be served each afternoon.
On the arrival & departure day there will be only one yoga class.
There will be one afternoon with no yoga to allow for an optional group boat trip.
