It's sad hearing this from you, whilst you know very well, your details have been taken and your refund has been process, so why this? And if you have not received, you can kindly get to us instead of reviewing a trip you did not even attend.
And please verify with your Agent, we received your right information that the bank needs to initiate the transfer for you refund on November 10th and you can kindly verify with your agent so why are you saying 2 months?
Whoever has used our services before will attest to our professionalism, and the reviews are here, and everyone can go and read, you did not even come on the tour, you cancelled the trip, whilst we have spent money to pay deposits at hotels and pay other logistics, but we did not complain, your details has been taking and we have forwarded it to the bank for your refund so why you did not even reach out to us to validate the status of the refund but to create this impression, isn't good, because we have no interest in your money, refund has been processed and your right information was only received on November 10th, not 2 months ago, you alluded.
We had an awesome time. Great food. Comfortable, safe, clean, and pleasant transportation. Our guide was amazing and made the trip enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone traveling in the area.
