This author's tour in 3 hours will introduce you to the most significant events of Hungarian history and the most striking sights of Pest and Buda. It is carried out on a comfortable car provided by Luckycar. You will pass through luxurious squares, fashionable avenues and the most beautiful bridges of Danube, looking at imperial architectural ensembles and majestic temples. Walk along the medieval streets of Buda, dispel the myths about the Hungarians and look at both parts of the city from the best panoramic points.
Key sights of Budapest
The tour will start at the Heroes' Square, where you will get acquainted with the history of the country and, with my help, dispel the ingrained stereotypes and myths about Hungarians and Hungary. Then you will be greeted by the brilliant Andrássy Avenue - Budapest's "Champs Elysees" - and the Hungarian Opera House, included in the list of 10 most beautiful theaters in the world.
We will drive through the central part of Budapest, where you will see the most beautiful synagogue in the world and the majestic St. Stephen's Basilica, consecrated in honor of the first king of Hungary. And, of course, we will not ignore the pompous building of the Hungarian Parliament, another architectural masterpiece of the late 19th century. And on the huge square in front of the parliament, you will look at monumental buildings, figure out what fateful events unfolded here in the middle of the 20th century.
Panoramic views of Buda and Pest
From the observation deck of Pest you will have an incredible view of the Buda side of the Hungarian capital. Like on postcards, you will see the visiting cards of the city - the Royal Palace, the Fisherman's Bastion, the Chain Bridge and the St. Margaret's Bridge. The design of which was created by Gustave Eiffel. And then we will go to the Buda Castle to see almost the whole of Pest from the best observation deck on the hill of Buda. In addition, here you will walk along the medieval streets, visit the Fisherman's Bastion and admire the magnificence of Matthias Church.
