Stay in our villas close to all the action of West Beach as you prepare to run this fast, flat, Boston-qualifying course. Weather is well-suited for a PR with average lows of 47 degrees and highs of 60 degrees.

- The resort provides complimentary shuttles around the resort. For additional transport needs, we suggest rideshare.
Payment Dates
A $250 non-refundable deposit per room package will hold your spot. Then choose to pay in full or enroll in automatic payments.
- July 15, 2024 - Payment #1 - 50% of the amount due (minus non-refundable deposit).
- September 15, 2024 - Payment #2 - 100% of the amount due (minus non-refundable deposit).
- October 1, 2024 - Last day to request a partial refund (50% of amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.) Requests after 10/1/2024 will not be refunded.
- November 1, 2024 - Lady day to request a partial credit (25% of amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit is eligible for a future race credit valid to be booked within 12 months and traveled within 24 months). Requests after 11/1/2024 will not be refunded or credited.
*Running is a sport that may cause injury during training. Injuries do not exempt you from the cancellation policy. We strongly encourage guests to consider travel insurance. Please look at our Travel Insurance information tab, or the 'about' section on our website.
Available Packages
$835 base price (plus 9% resort fee + taxes)
- This package includes two (2) nights staying in a shared 2-3 bedroom villa.
- Guest will stay in a private single bedroom with private ensuite bathroom.
- Guest will share common areas such as living room, kitchen, and outdoor space.
- One (1) additional guest can be added to this package for an additional fee for the entire weekend. Must stay in same room as payor.
- Check in Friday, check-out Sunday
$1,035 base price (plus 9% resort fee + taxes)
- This package includes two (2) nights staying in a private 1 bed, 1 bath villa with sleeper sofa.
- A 2nd person can be added to this package (when sharing the bed) for an additional fee for the entire weekend.
- A 3rd and 4th person can be added to this package (when using a sofa bed) for an additional fee for the entire weekend.
