Itinerary
All passengers must arrive at the agency at 7:30 in the morning, where we will prepare everyone with snorkeling equipment, which includes a short wetsuit, fins and a mask and snorkel.
At 8:00 am, we will go to Muelle Acuario I and Zarpe, where you will meet your naturalist guide and board the boat.
Navigation to the sleeping León islet, where you can observe the majestic upright rock of the volcanic lava. Once we arrive at the place, the naturalist guide will proceed to give you detailed information about the place and the animals around it. There are 2 snorkeling sessions, the first; from the channel between the two rocks and a second session at the west corner of the rock. The naturalist guide may suggest another spot on the rock or a long snorkeling session in turn, depending on ocean conditions. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes. In this place you can see different marine species such as the Galapagos shark, white and black tip sharks, hammerhead sharks, turtles, manta rays, sunfish, dolphins, sea lions, starfish, sea urchins, and different types of fish. , etc. In the same way, you can observe birds such as blue-footed boobies, Nazca boobies, pelicans and frigates around the rock.
Once they have visited the León Dormido, passengers will disembark at a beach that could be Manglesito/Puerto Grande/Cerro Brujo, depending on the boat's itinerary. Here they will take a walk along the beach and have time to do a snorkeling activity.
The return to the port is at approximately 3:00 p.m. depending on ocean conditions.

*This itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the Galapagos National Park and your naturalist guide. For example, you may visit the beach first and León Dormido second in certain cases, depending on ocean conditions. We take security seriously and always strive to provide you with the best and safest experience.
*In light of the pandemic, we will implement strict cleaning policies. Each piece of equipment will be fully sanitized between uses, and the agency and boat will be cleaned daily. Hand sanitizer will be available at all times.
