Kicker Rock & Punta Pitt Tour Itinerary
07:00 a.m. – Arrival at the Agency
Passengers must arrive at our travel agency in San Cristóbal, Galápagos, to receive their snorkeling equipment, including a short wetsuit, fins, mask, and snorkel. Everything is set for an unforgettable experience at Kicker Rock!
07:20 a.m. – Transfer to Muelle Acuario I & Departure
We will head to Muelle Acuario I, where you will meet your certified Galápagos naturalist guide. The adventure begins as we board the boat to explore the wonders of the Galápagos Islands.
Navigation to Kicker Rock (León Dormido)
During the navigation, you will admire the impressive volcanic lava formation known as Kicker Rock, one of the most iconic destinations in the Galápagos. At this marine paradise, your guide will provide a full briefing before snorkeling in the channel between the two towering rock formations. During this experience, it is common to spot sharks, sea turtles, rays, and abundant marine life. The snorkeling session lasts approximately 45 minutes, followed by a break on board with snacks and drinks.
Exploration at Punta Pitt
The tour continues to Punta Pitt, the only place in the Galápagos where you can observe the three species of boobies (red-footed, blue-footed, and Nazca) in their natural habitat. We will disembark for a 2-hour guided hike to Pitt Hill, offering spectacular views and unique opportunities to observe local wildlife such as pelicans, frigatebirds, and finches.
4:00 p.m. – Return to the Port
Return is scheduled for around 4:00 p.m., although it may vary depending on ocean conditions. We conclude this unforgettable day knowing you have experienced something truly unique in the Galápagos Islands.
