By registering and paying for this tour, participants agree to the following: 

MEETING THE GROUP: Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time at one of our convenient pick-up locations. Please note: Open Roads Tour & Travel Solutions LLC takes no responsibility for vehicles left at pick-up locations. Vehicles left at pick-up locations are the sole responsibility of their owners.

TRAVELING WITH US: Seating requests on board the motorcoach may be made in advance but are not guaranteed. A restroom is provided on board. Smoking, vaping, and/or outside alcohol are not permitted on board the motorcoach or during functions included in the itinerary. Please bring to our attention any dietary restrictions as soon as possible. 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be sent to kevin@ortts.com or by calling (916) 489-2206. Cancellations may be made without penalty up until 30 days prior to departure for a full refund. For any cancellations received within 15-29 days of departure, there will be a 50% refund. From 14 days until departure, the only refund available will be if your space is filled by another party. You will be charged $25 per person for this service. If we are unable to fill your reservation, no refund will be made.
